Sudhir heads litigation team of Tomar & Associates, looking after IP Litigation and Dispute Resolution (Trademarks, Copyright, Patents, Designs, Anti-counterfeiting, Domain Name, Brand enforcement, IP & Competition Law etc.) before all major IP forums including Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Distrcit Courts, Intellectual Property Appellate Board & Registrar of Companies.

 

Over the years he has represented esteemed national and multinational industries before Indian forums and has credit for bundle of reported judgments in his name. He also counsels clients on licensing, assignment, co-existence, franchise and other related transactions to Intellectual Property.
