Sony Chaudhary did her LL.B. from Campus Law Centre and heads the prosecution team of Tomar & Associates. She handles the registration work (pre & post) of Trademarks, Copyright, Designs and GI, while rendering her advise on availability of a Trademark by conducting thorough search, domain name search, likelihood of infringement, opposition, rectification and other issues dealing with Intellectual Property.

 

          Sony regularly appeared before the Trademark Registry and Copyright Board concerning prosecution of trademarks and copyright applications. She also represents the clients of the firm before IPAB and have length of experience. She handles all drafting work of cease and desist notices, reply to objection, counter statements, evidences, assignment deeds and other necessary relevant documentation.
