Chirag Pathor did his LL.B. from Campus Law Centre and leads the para legal team of the Tomar & Associates. He co-ordinates and corresponds with the clients and beneficiaries of the firm. He is the key person to handle filing of Trademarks application, renewal, reply to objections, opposition, rectification, counter statemnets, evidences, TM-C (NOC for Copyright), Copyright applications, Design applications and removal of all sort of objections.  

          He advises on availability of a trademark, possible infringements, domain name conflicts and other trademarks related issues. He maintain the recordials of the firm and is responsible for all back-end jobs of the firm. Chirag Pathor also represents the clients before Supreme Court of India, High Court, District Courts and other tribunals.
