Divya Yadav did her LL.B. from prestigious institution LC-1, Faculty of Law, University of followed by LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights from Kurukshetra Univeristy. 

 

         Divya advises and counsels the clients on variety of issues pertaining to Trademarks, Copyright, Designs, Geographical Indication, Domain name, and custom compliance. She regularly appears before different courts and tribunals of Indian Jurisdiction, representing the national and multi-national clients. 

 

          She handles the core drafting work of the firm pertaining to all sort  opposition, rectification, evidences, pleadings of the courts, writs etc.
