Amit Tomar is alumnus of the prestigious institution, Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. He did his LL.M. in IP and Competition & Commercial Laws from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi after his LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi.

 

                  Amit is enrolled with Bar Council of India and has vast experience and representation at various forums in handling IP, Corporate, Commercial Arbitration, Competition related matter. He advises and acts for clients from diverse industries & sectors including Pharmaceuticals, IT Industry, FMCG, Entertainment & Media, Biotechnology and Chemicals, Automotive, Heavy Industries, Infrastructure, Education & Knowledge, Print Media, Publications, Hotels & Restaurants, Electronics, Fashion & Apparels etc. and has represented clients in numerous precedent setting cases. With his rich experience he also acclaims numerous publications in his name, in renowned Journals of India. 

 

                  Amit also delivers Lectures on IP as a Guest Faculty and always has the honour to organize IP awareness programs. Serving best interests of the clients, he personally offers consultation and counselling to the esteemed clients of the firm and represent them before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Courts and Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB).
